Ruthann comes from an educational background as a Special Educator/Music Therapist and an Elementary School Counselor. In addition, Ruthann has had a private practice as a massage practitioner for 24 years. The bodywork modalities that she uses are Connective Tissue Massage and Ida Rolf's work, Structural Integration.

During the past 30 years, Ruthann has gathered a unique set of skills that include the use of bodywork, Guided Imagery and Music, Brain Gym ® / Educational Kinesiology, and Master Alignment ® that serve to support personal growth and development within each person. Advanced graduate study in Counseling Education has also supported the process of being present and a witness in working with others in their journey.

Ruthann's approach as a clinician embodies all aspects of an individual, yet there is a large part of the process that she has been drawn toward that supports individuals being comfortable within their physical self to be empowered to move confidently toward their soul's purpose.
