Archetypes are energy guides chosen before birth to help us fulfill the terms of our sacred contracts. Everyone is born with twelve primary or natal archetypes which include the victim, child, prostitute and saboteur. The archetypes which you will be drawn to choose give you hints into the terms of your contract for this lifetime. Are you an artist, a teacher, a mother, an advocate? Have you bullying tendencies? Do you rescue others? Through becoming familiar with your own archetypal patterns, you will be able to view the world through an archetypal lens. The benefits of this process are increased personal clarity which allows for healthier relationships, more tolerance and compassion, a decrease in judgment and a lessening of power struggles. In this class you will be lead through a process of choosing your twelve primary archetypes and understanding the influence of their placement on your archetypal wheel. You will also be introduced to the concept of helper archetypes which may be consciously called on for help and cosmic archetypes, grace from the Divine, to lead you into what is possible in your life. Mary Anderson, PhD, LCSW has been certified by Dr. Caroline Myss, author of Sacred Contracts, to teach this exciting and insightful technique. This biweekly experiential group is intended to provide an impetus and avenue for developing and maintaining a regular spiritual practice. With the intention of being open to our Inner Knowing and Guidance we will explore ways to connect to
ourSelves and to tap into our expanded Awareness.

IET is one of the next generation energy therapy systems that gets the
"issues out of the tissues" in the tradition of Caroline Myss' book,
Energy Anatomy. IET classes are powerful days of self-healing and
energy therapy certification training. In each class, you will be
attuned to an angelic energy ray that activates your 12-strand
Spiritual DNA. You will then learn how to HEARTLINK to the energy of
your angels and use their energy for healing. You will also learn how
each primary human emotion is correlated to a specific physical region
of the body, as well as how to use the IET integration power points to
clear them. A fully illustrated training guide and certificates are
provided with each class.

No prior energy therapy experience is needed. For "energy novices" or
for more experienced students, IET is the perfect complement to other
holistic practices such as other energy healing systems, massage and
acupuncture.

These groups are for those individuals interested in developing a deeper spiritual connection and a clearer intuitive voice. Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation
that creates the environment for physical, emotional and spiritual
healing. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is translated as "Universal Life
Force," or "Spiritually Guided Life Energy," the energy that is in and
around all that exists. Ideally, this Life Force is free flowing in
and around our bodies, maintaining health, vitality, and a sense of
well being. When the flow of this energy is low or becomes blocked
(through stress, worry, injury or emotional trauma, for example), the
result can be pain, stiffness, fatigue, emotional discomfort and
dis-ease. Such conditions are not natural for the body or mind; our
bodies are always seeking balance and a state of vitality,
free-flowing movement and joy. The application of Reiki techniques
creates the environment for the physical and energy bodies to come
into a state of balance?the state in which healing
and inspiration take place.

By learning to become a channel for Reiki you can first and foremost
expedite healing of your own physical and emotional situations by
consciously aligning with this vital energy. Learning to align with
and balance through this Life Force sets the practitioner of Reiki
onto the path of expanded awareness, empowerment through recognition
of one's creative Source, and purposeful living. An integral part of
learning and practicing Reiki is the transformation and enlightenment
that occurs within the practitioner: "[Reiki] amplifies innate
abilities, balances the spirit, makes the body healthy and thus helps
achieve happiness." (Inscription on Usui
Memorial) One is also able to channel this energy to help others,
allowing their body energy to balance itself and to resume its natural
state of self-healing.

This class is perfect for IET students as well as anyone who loves angesl and who would like to meet and work with the nine special angels of healing: ARIEL, RAPHAEL, GABRIEL, CELESTINA, FAITH, CASSIEL, DANIEL, SARAH and MICHAEL.

This class is based on a powerful four-step process that enables you to energetically connect with the Healing Angels and develop your personal relationship with each of them. The group energy created in this class will enable you to connect very powerfully with the Healing Angels.

Class materials: You will receive a fully illustrated healing Angels of the Energy Field Workbook and a Healing Angels of the energy Field certificate. This workbook contains an image of each Healing Angel, a description of how each Angel can help you in your self-healing spiritual journey, a special prayer of invitation for each Angel and space for you to journal your intentions and your perceptions of each Healing Angel.

Expand your awareness and use of Universal Energy

This Reiki II level class will help you expand your awareness of the Energy that is in and around all that exists and make you aware of the infinite possibilities in your use of Reiki. The main purposes of this class are to:

--learn the Reiki symbols that are inherent to this level
--learn to use Reiki at a distance
--attune to the energy of Reiki 2

As with Reiki 1, attuning to this level is first and foremost of benefit to you, the practitioner offering the potential of expanded awareness, deeper connection to your divine center, and heightened intuition. The knowledge and use of Reiki will merge to "become you". It is from this innate connection that you will be able to channel Reiki to benefit others, life situations, and goals as well as to offer Reiki "at a distance".

Prerequisite for this class is to have taken a Reiki Level 1 class with attunement. It is recommended that a prospective student for Reiki II receive a distance session prior to taking this class. This can be arranged with the teacher or another Reiki II practitioner.

Wear comfortable, loose clothes; water, tea and some snacks available (bring sack dinner if desired)

Spend a weekend enhancing your intuitive skills at this experiential workshop. Included in this weekend will be:
~ Group meditations, guided imagery, and enhancement exercises.
