A Touching Start to Life 
Experience this fun, touching ☺ , relaxing and informative class you
and your baby will never forget.

In this 4-week class Mom and/or Dad come with baby (aged birth to 6
months) to learn how to connect, bond and communicate through
nurturing touch.  For an hour each week you will learn different
massage strokes designed to help you and your baby relax, feel
nurtured, respond to periods of fussiness or discomfort and connect at
deep, life-altering level.  

Research shows that nurturing touch and massage on a regular basis
help babies gain more weight and assist a baby's neurological,
emotional and physical development; massaged 
babies sleep better and longer, cry less and experience less colic. 
Parents learn to read their babies' cues, empowering them to tune into
and respond to their babies' needs, thus establishing a strong bond of
mutual respect and communication that lasts a lifetime.

Looking for a new perspective?

This workshop brings together active music listening, creative arts (drawing and 
interpretation 
of mandalas), meditation techniques and group discussion.  In this workshop participants 
experience conscious listening to music, learn the history of the mandala, draw, discuss and 
interpret the colors and shapes in mandalas as it relates to our personal and spiritual growth 
and development.  The learning experience is educational, offering many tools to experience 
inner wisdom through music and creative arts.  No drawing and/or musical experience is 
necessary.
