Do you love change, creation, simplicity and touch?
Metamorphosis is a simple, subtle yet deeply profound touch therapy. Learn to work on
yourself, others and animals.
Metamorphosis is a wonderful personal growth tool. You can get to the root of your problems
without endless analysis. Let go of the past, old patterns that no longer serve you, unhealthy
ways of being, toxic relationships, addictions. Heal body, mind and spirit. Create a life of
unconditional love, joy, light, health, right livelihood.
Metamorphosis is non-verbal, non-invasive and non-directive. You can practice
Metamorphosis on yourself, others and animals. This life changing approach is easy to learn.
No experience in the healing arts necessary. An excellent class for holistic professionals,
midwives and doulas, parents and anyone interested in assisting others with change.
In observing life, Robert St. John the founder of Metamorphosis, noticed that the overall
patterns of humanity never really changed, there has always been illness, discomfort,
disharmony, war and conflict, within and without. He realized that these primary stress
patterns of humanity continue on because they have not been addressed at their origins.
This was the impetus for the creation of Metamorphosis.
We are limited by what we believe and think. Open your mind to possibilities and begin to
truly create your life!
Cindy Silverlock studied with Robert St. John, the founder of Metamorphosis. She has actively
inspired interest in Metamorphosis since 1989. She created the U.S. Metamorphosis Journal
as a means for St. John to keep us abreast of his new developments. She sponsored
numerous Metamorphosis conferences, including one of St. John's final lectures. She is the
author of, "Metamorphosis, Creating Consciousness Through Touch." Cindy has taught
nationwide and abroad since 1991.

A Touching Start to Life
Experience this fun, touching ☺ , relaxing and informative class you
and your baby will never forget.
In this 4-week class Mom and/or Dad come with baby (aged birth to 6
months) to learn how to connect, bond and communicate through
nurturing touch. For an hour each week you will learn different
massage strokes designed to help you and your baby relax, feel
nurtured, respond to periods of fussiness or discomfort and connect at
deep, life-altering level.
Research shows that nurturing touch and massage on a regular basis
help babies gain more weight and assist a baby's neurological,
emotional and physical development; massaged
babies sleep better and longer, cry less and experience less colic.
Parents learn to read their babies' cues, empowering them to tune into
and respond to their babies' needs, thus establishing a strong bond of
mutual respect and communication that lasts a lifetime.
Other long-term benefits of nurturing touch for your child are healthy
body awareness and image, self-esteem, self confidence, and self-reliance.
Benefits of Infant Massage for Baby
? Relaxes child and helps to decrease stress for you and your baby
? Relieves discomfort of constipation, gas, colic
? Helps normalize muscle tone and improve blood circulation
? Helps baby sleep better (and, therefore, parents sleep better!)
? Stimulates brain development and improves sensory awareness
? Babies cry less, as the parent is more responsive to babies' cues
? Promotes bonding and attachment
Benefits of Infant Massage for Parents
? Caregivers report feeling more comfortable and confident in their
ability to care for baby
? Parents learn to understand and respond to baby's cues
? Parents learn techniques to soothe and comfort their babies
? Provides an additional avenue for close and nurturing contact
? Infant Massage is one of the most natural and pleasant methods of
providing this important early nurturing and is an amazing tool for
helping parents become closer to their babies.
